F3 Engineering recently announced its intent to add 100 jobs to its payroll over the next five years. According to Vazquez, the company's intent is to hire local, qualified individuals over the five year expansion. Many of those new positions will be filled by graduates from PCTI. Therefore, F3 is investing resources and training to various educational programs, in particular PCTI. A $5,000 scholarship has already been presented to the high school and plans are underway to establish internships for the appropriate PCTI students.

PCTI's Chief School Administrator, Diana Lobosco, applauded F3 Engineering's partnership and educational outreach with PCTI saying, "F3 Engineering's dedication to PCTI and their confidence in our students' remarkable talents and abilities have truly earned them the distinction of being named PCTI's Business Partner of the Year." F3 Engineering's financial endorsement and open internship program will allow PCTI students to further expand their knowledge in the engineering field.
