PATERSON, NJ - Form Fit and Function (F3), a New Jersey-based company that develops and produces proprietary motion control products for military and commercial applications, has been awarded a Commercialization Achievement Award for its growth and success by Dawnbreaker, a company specializing in providing commercialization assistance to small advanced-technology firms and their investors.

The award comes on the heels of an impressive past few months for F3, which have included expansion and relocation to a 26,500-square-foot facility in Paterson, a $1.1 million Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) contract, AS9100 registration, and a $75,000 fellowship technology grant from the New Jersey Commission on Science and Technology.

"We are grateful for this honor," said Odilo Vazquez, F3 President and Chief Technology Officer. "The support of organizations like Dawnbreaker and the confidence instilled in us by institutions like NAVAIR are enabling F3 to undergo some exciting times."

Dawnbreaker provided assistance to F3 to meet the objectives of the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program and successfully move from Phase I (technology start-up) through Phase II (proof of concept) to Phase III (commercialization).
